Lockout user for 10 minutes [harmless]

Calls default Windows First-Run animation, causing the user to be locked out for the duration of the animation. ( about 10 minutes ) <br /> " We're getting things ready" ... "This won't take long" <br /> ..."please wait" <br /> ... and so on

can be [hidden] as link to command via email can be sent via email as batch file can be sent as shortcut {FUN] [office] can be abused over and over and over again ;)

Can be escaped with alt-tab in some cases
